I can say the current perk on the helm shown is not something Titans will use much.
So yes, I can judge.
All 3 classes should have Blink available, whether it is nerfed or not.

Titans have shoulder-charge, you don't get blink also. If you want blink use a different class, it's that simple

Any other class with Blink can only have it in one subclass. So don't put it in Striker. Either way, an OP ability like that should be available on all 3 classes. Whether it is nerfed or not.

Shoulder charge is OP and none of the other classes have it. If you want blink use a hunter or a warlock

Shoulder charge is not OP. Many a Titan dies trying to use it, whereas Blinkers are pretty much invincible the whole way through. try again.
