You're very fortunate to have run into these kinds of players once. One of the very few reasons I stay away from the Weekly Heroic is because of it matching me with people who will afk mid-game, or simply be afk from the very beginning. And yes, this is a constant thing with me and not a rare occurrence. Sure, I'll report them, but in the end I never know if that actually works.
