The helmet is an outright piece of garbage. Good job making something that you say is unique, but actually isn't. How do you justify putting a situational, class rehashed perk like AoL on an exotic, but put a universally useful perk on ANOTHER Warlock exotic.
When do Titans get exotics that they can make builds around using their strength, instead of building around the exotics faults? When do Titans get exotics that are unique to them, and not either lame versions of another classes skill, or very limited usefulness? Why are you so scared of Titans when they are only like 15% of the played class amount? Yet you constantly give Warlocks a bunch of good stuff and make them super OP?
OH RIGHT... Deej plays a Warlock... nevermind, nothing to see but another case of developer bias and favoritism.
GG Bungie, if this lame example of a Titan exotic is really something that you think is going to be good, and is any indication of your design philosophy for Titans in TTK, then you might as well take Titans completely out of the game.

What were you expecting after the trash the titans received in HoW, really? Let's see... - Eternal Warrior. Worse than the Ram (obviously), but also worse than Nighthawk in that its exotic perk provides only one talent compared to Nighthawk providing a talent AND a great exotic bonus. - Peregrine Greaves - Really nothing to say here, they speak for themselves... - Feedback Fence - Woohoo, a highly situational PvP perk. Not at all useful for PvE unless you have trouble killing Thrall. These aren't even worth using over a number of legendary items. And with a name as insulting as Sunbreaker, I don't expect TTK to treat Titans any better.
