Precision shots with a shotgun doesn't that defeat the purpose of a shotgun???

Slugs can/should be precise unlike buck shot

It should have the perk that if you face shoot someone in pvp with it they have to go look for their eyeball before they continue.

It fires slugs, meaning only one bullet. It would benefit greatly from precision shots

How? All the damage is in the slug.. Why does it need the extra dmg on a headshot? Oh wait it doesnt

it's a pve shotty perhaps? i know i know we all forgot this game had pve and that some weapons favor it.

The developers sure did.

There's gameplay for it where the guy is close range and it doesn't kill with a single body shot. I believe it needs to be a precision shot for a OHK.

But that's why the perk makes you get headshots, so you get the improved stats
