I was worried that the new exotics wouldn't be up to the bar they set in year one I guess this gives us our answer

Ya that's what I'm saying, how come titans only get their melee recharged while warlocks are recharging their melee and grenades?

Because picking up glimmer from primary ammo? That's a terrible perk, most everyone has max glimmer. At least the Titan has a fighting "benefit".
