Almost all the complainers mention all the time spent grinding. If you participate in grinding, then you will never fully enjoy this game. You are turning it into a chore. I'm not saying I didn't put in time in hopes of getting the reward I wanted. Or spend time completing all the bounties for the day for XP. But I didn't "grind" for this stuff. As long as I was having fun, I kept playing. Which is why I will be doing the nightfall when I get home. I don't need anything to drop for me. I got everything I want but Vex. But I like doing the nightfall. Especially solo. Side note. I wouldn't be surprised if they release year two versions of the other year one exotics over the course of year two. So that's something to look for.

  • Just because you enjoyed playing doesn't mean you didn't grind..... If you've played destiny you've grinded it's that simple. You grind to complete the daily bounties, you're grinding when you do nightfall..... That's the game

  • We clearly have two different opinions on what it means to grind. It seems you're saying that just playing the game is a grind. Wether you play a mission once or twenty times, you're still grinding. But to me, grinding means you are doing the same task over and over again just to receive a specific reward. Such as those who grind dragon strikes to get the hopscotch pilgrim. This is not something I do because it's not an enjoyable way to play for me. And that's the basis for my original comment.
