You mean the fourth faction? There's already 3. NM, DO, and FWC. If you mean the fourth though, that's the 7 Seraphs. Hopefully we see it soon.

I don't think so. But it's possible. I really don't see her as a faction leader though.

It just strikes me a suspicious that she needs mats from various enemies and areas looked at if shes just a seamstress, dont trust her in the slightest!
