Why is the Xbox One UI so bad?
Who thought something like this would be good? lol

Because it was designed for voice commands. Ms honestly felt we would all be perfectly fine talking to an inanimate object even if it didn't work 100% of the time. It's been slowly improving and will supposedly be fixed when integrated with windows 10.
