The machine in the fwc grimoire card make people crazy by showing them the future the hunter then believed the only way to beat the darkness was kill guardians 3. Fwc is responsible for this gun 4. Red death is made suros regime because suros had healing on it if killed an enemy sometimes where the hunter modified it to a pulse rifle that healed you by killing any enemy guaranteed 5. Red death was made in the city age before the vanguard policy was made and all the faction where fighting for control kill each other then they made democratic society and let fwc in but no one was allowed to use red death because people killed eachother with that weapon

1. Reading the FWC card, still no clue. 2. It doesn't necessarily make you go crazy. Only a percentage did. And plus, how would you defeat the Darkness by killing the Light?

It's flavour text was changed........ It was named red death "guardian killer" and apparently is suppose to be dismantled on site by orders of the tower.... There's a really good lore video on red death floating around you tube at the moment

It wasn't defeating darkness some subjects saw they could not beat the darkness like the hunter and he thought red death the gun he made from suros was the only was to survive there speculation
