Then why not protest it by picking a specific day and just don't log in. If enough people stop playing for one day and our has a big enough affect on the game then Bungie not take notice. There have been a number of protests that changed the decisions of game developers. Eve online had a massive protest when thousands of players turned their ships and fired on the main space station. It made the developer realize how unpopular their decisions were in the community. Edit: I would suggest picking September 1st to save the first year.
