Switch the exotic primary out for a good legendary and use the OP rocket launchers since most of the heavy round is using,well, heavy. If you rush the enemy heavy then it wouldn't make sense but in most cases it's the best idea.

But most legendary rockets can be re rolled to be better suited to pvp than exotics.

Equivalent-for the most part- perhaps, but you'd be hard pressed to say that any legendary can surpass the benefits of Truth's speed and tracking or Gjallarhorn's wolfpack rounds. Some people also really destroy with legendaries so they'll equip exotic launchers just because.

How? Tracking, proximity, and wolfpack, more op in pvp than truth

Ash factory or radegasts fury with tripod, proximity, max blast radius and velocity. I don't know about you, but I don't usually get kills with wolfpack rounds

Tracking with proximity is already better in my opinion, but I've had kills from only the wolfpack rounds

The tracking is so little though it doesn't make that much of a difference
