Similarities: They are both bows They both can shoot explosive shots (only if Voidwalker is equipped with a certain perk) Differences: One is flaming purple energy while the other is very mechanical-looking One has 6 shots while the other only has 1-4 In order to use 1 bow you must conform your character to the perks assigned with its subclass, while the other still allows you to attach perks to your loadouts One comes with a pre-set character skin while the other allows you to customize your gender/hair/species/skin color/etc.
