They did nerf autorifles, and if you remember theyve also put nerfs on handcannons and they are still the most prominent weapons in crucible. Just simply nerfing weapons wont cause them to be balanced, even if Ghorn is not being upgraded as a year 2. You can still use it, it will still be a possibility, just no longer the best
