After learning so much, becoming so strong, me and some friends descended into the Hellmouth. We were the original fireteam disaster... Before Eris Morn. We were a team of private military hired by Cayde-6... Three hunters, three warlocks, three titans. Did I see HIM you may ask? No... I saw something much worse... Something that makes the very light inside us all cower in FEAR... Oryx... The Hive god king... All the Titans, two Warlocks, and two Hunters were wiped out. Then, I had an experience that left me forever changed. I watched Oryx pull the light from a dying Warlock's ghost. He turned it into a blade, and my Golden Gun vanished right in my hands. He looked at me. a dark look in his eyes. Then, he charged at me. The blade was inches from my face when suddenly he vanished. A dark light filled the air. I could not believe any of what just happened. We escaped the Hellmouth with minimal resistance. Just me and Josh. I learned what ghosts were made of and forgot my mastery of the sun. I proudly wore the Strength of the Pack. New skills washed through my head, my blade empowered and my mind entranced by Arc Light. This is what I had been chosen for. This was the dawn of a new light- the Bladedancer. This... was my DESTINY.
