I'm okay with it because you have to change eventually. Change isn't always bad. We want to hold into the familiar things because we're comfortable with them. New things, change, scares people. Its not comfortable, they will need to work to make it familiar to themselves again.
Change is an adventure. Once you have accepted that change is part of the game, learning to adapt to new things can be fun, then people will have learned to place the gally on the mantle and embrace the bomb... I mean the change.
