You can get sodas from certain health food or specialty stores that have healthy sugar alternatives. Just make sure you do research because not all sugar substitutes are good for you. Also I've been slicing an entire lemon and putting it in a tall glass of water. It's very good for you and is also much tastier than plain water. Oh and one more really healthy but tasty drink is to blend frozen strawberries and some icecubes, add some apple cidar vinegar and lime juice, also some ginger, a sweetener and some water. It's really refreshing and good for you.
