I read it all. Edits included. I can see where this is going. The only question is why wait until the end? Why not kick him on the second round. So you waited until the very end of the game to just kick him? That just made you 2 get to this kids level of whatever is wrong with him.
Next time kick the player sooner and get someone else.

I agree with you. If the person is pushing you down, kick. Do the right thing. It saves [b]everyone's[/b] time and effort.
