You really shouldn't drop the mic or say someone looks like an idiot when you start your comment with "If I'm correct" That means you aren't even sure about what you have to say. And in this case, you really misunderstand how all this works now. Light level isn't going to push a Year 1 weapon to do Year 2 damage. Light would give you more damage, but it's still based on the actual attack level of the individual weapon. This is always how light worked BTW. Basically, the 160 and the 280 weapons would get the same percentage boost from the light, not output damage at the same level.

Again, you're the one that looks like an idiot. What they said, and what you said have no correlation. Your reading comprehension is flawed. I blame the education system. Light determines how much damage you do. It does not say anywhere that light is the ONLY determination. That's your mistake. You think light is the only thing that matters. It's not.
