but....but....we don't wanna grind....we want all content fully maxed on day 1 so we can complain about a lack of content a week later....

That's what happened in the House of Wolves, Bungie is learning from their mistakes and you can tell. These forums have always been a place of negativity. They haven't even seen the final product and they're quick to judge. I'm not saying pre order, but wait until you see the content to pull a judgement on it.
