Many people accepted the adjustments made to the year one exotics and understood at least why The Black Hammer would be included even if the changes were debatable. What is the purpose of the rebalance when legendaries going forward will not be as strong as year two legendaries? This isn't a complaint. I am merely curious. I happen to be an awful sniper.
