About the Black Hammer adjustments.
Many people accepted the adjustments made to the year one exotics and understood at least why The Black Hammer would be included even if the changes were debatable.
What is the purpose of the rebalance when legendaries going forward will not be as strong as year two legendaries?
This isn't a complaint. I am merely curious. I happen to be an awful sniper.

I don't think it would matter that Black Hammer would be a lower damage weapon if you can keep unlimited damages on enemy. I do understand your point as I was thinking the same about the Ghorn nerf. At the moment there does not seem to be a year 2 variant of Ghorn. Same with the Necro buff it's pointless if it's not coming to year 2.
