It's justice. Why boot him earlier when you know you can get to the end and give him payback. I would do the same thing personally.

I do. This guy was STANDING STILL THE ENTIRE TIME. until we hear his side I shall go with what the available evidence supports.

Thats not true at all if you think about it. You may be found guilty, but that's not the same as proven guilty. There's a difference.
