Should've just booted him after round 1 rather than 2 man it just for the pleasure of booting him. Or better, say get to work or gtfo.
He didn't deserve a reward, but you didn't have to go about it this way.

It's funnier this way, and I can guarantee you he actually learned a lesson from this as opposed to being booted at the beginning.
