So Streamers have the right to shut people up who dislike/disagree with them?

Even on sites like this, so do you. If you don't like what someone is saying to you, you can mute them.

It just doesn't seem like the right way to go about things. Wouldn't it be better in the long run to acknowledge problems and deal with them rather then shut them out and hope they go away?

But if you ban or block the problems do go away. And you don't want to give the haters attention.

As I said, I'm staying out of this when I comes to my opinion. I don't want people to see my comments and think I or Bungie am/is bashing the streamers or supporting them. It's just not my place right now.

I'm not sure some of these people on here realize what Goth just did in Tampa. They set up a community meet and greet that turned into a lot of streamers supporting the community all with the same intention of uniting fans of the game. I live close by and could not go but I think it was really cool what they did.
