Deej or Cozmo, please clarify exotics being able to be maxed in TTK; some slow people don't seem to get it
I'm still seeing people saying "they're getting left behind"...nope! Some of them will be given the Year 2 redesign and others won't.. But they're ALL gonna be able to hit the max attack/defense levels.

No they were very clear. Year one will remain behind and they are making year 2 versions of select exotics.
