On sept 15 you stash all the good stuff from a character, equip with nothing but poo Poo delete it recreate use bonus making him a 25 grab all the stuff you stashed equip, back to 34, run mission get gun

this won't work because it has a normal leveling system light does not upgrade your level anymore

I think your level is going to be made up of stuff in your inventory and vault too so this won't work.

Yes it will, you get to re-run mission that gets you gun, your armor and guns will put you right back where you were, key is to do it after Tkk drops You create new toon use boon to hit 25 put on all that armor that made you a 34, still has all the xp and light associated with it. If memory serves you have to be lvl 20 to equip all that I kept one strangers rifle only way I'd even entertain doing it would be the gun is elemental and not kinetic Bung seems to think primary exotics bring kinetic is a good thing, they then turn around and put burns on all the good pve parts of it. Only 2 primary elementals at present vex and poo poo necro

Your armor has nothing to do with your level anymore....that being said...if you delete your titan and remake a titan and use the light thing and put your gear back on..you'll still be a 25

They use armor and weapons to determine co level right? Same armor that made you 34 before you deleted toon should do same thing with new toon, that's the way I read it yesterday

That works now but it's all changed with ttk that method will no longer work that's why everyone is hording nearly everything you can delete items for lvl exp.

Only if you un-equip it from said character. Deleting the character and waiting to use the boost once TTK drops and gearing him with said armor will only keep him at 25. You have to level up the normal way once TTK is in play

Not in the taken king...if you deleted the character before ttk then the armor being in your vault might make you a 34 but once ttk drops the light from your armor doesn't determine your level anymore
