So with spark boost you can delete a character to get it to level 25 get 3 more levels and do poe 28 for a exotic?

Can a new character even do PoE without doing the story line first? Would a random exotic (which might not even include a TTK exotic) be worth having to re level all of your subclasses?

I recall that PoE was locked out until you did the House of Wolves quest line. So, you would likely have to do that quest line first.

You only get one ever so you could only do that once.
