So will the shaders and emblems still be there even if we have dismantled them in the past?

As they keep on saying DON'T DISMANTLE ANYTBING BEFORE TTK it's all bases from what you have at the time the TTK lands as they can only got from what you have not everything you have ever owned.

No I think you just have to have obtained them at some point and it is all registered. That's what I assume anyway

I would figure you would have to have them going into the TTK. Makes the most sense could be wrong though.
