"You need to be level 25 to start the first story mission" sounds like an issue a lot of newcomers would have. It makes me start to wonder why you asked?..

You really don't understand how Destiny works do you....... Not sure if you know, but all Story missions have a minimum level. If you jump into Destiny for the first time when The Dark Below released, or House of Wolves released, you would need to level up first before you could play the first story mission. If you are just going to keep repeating yourself, don't bother replying. What you are talking about is not an "issue", it is common -blam!-ing sense, and anyone who calls it an issue lacks that.
