Go to "News" on the Destiny App. Scroll down to "Weapon Tuning 2.0". From that page, go to the bottom to a big sub-heading called "Weapon Stats". It's all explained there.

I checked it, it didn't say anything about the damage, it talked about the stats, but damage and stats are 2 different things.

Are you talking about Attack or Impact? Impact scales up as the weapon levels up, Attack scales when you Infuse it.

Or see the stream where they said the new values are because it adds to the new light level system.
