Red Death always(since it got rof increased and damage decreased) dealt the same base damage as Stranger's Rifle. You'd only get more damage if you used aggressive ballistics. Without any damage barrel upgrades, they'd both deal the same damage. The impact bar on red death that didn't properly reflect its true damage.
