Watched the vid kid. They have upgraded perks. That doesn't mean they are going to go from 120 attack to mother -blam!-ing 280 with a 20 level difference between. Get ducking real. Plus they never said anything to confirm this and ONLY eluded to a very select few moving forward. Furthermore child, a fact is something based on information that is legitimate, quantifiable, and prove able. You have none of that!

If you can't upgrade old exotics then explain why this helmet starts at 180 but still has the upgrade nodes?

So u expect a few upgrade nodes to take it from 160-280? Get -blam!-ing real kid. Maybe 200. Still will be irrelevant in endgame everything.
