If infusing a kinetic primary weapon with an elemental raid weapon doesn't also transfer the element, then the infusion system doesn't really do much in terms of weapon diversity. We'll still be using only elemental raid weapons in PvE. So I guess I don't really see the benefit of this system for weapons if indeed weapon diversity is the goal.
