Salvage grimoire card won't show up even tho I've played with all 3 characters and have the trophy for salvage captures

I am also having this issue. Won 2 matches today, still no grimoire

I think its glitched like the doubles card, did it with a friend who is a virgin to salvage last night, we won and he didn't get the card. Your supposed to get 5 points for simply starting a game !
