Can you give us an exact number on the amount of exotics being added? I just don't like "12+ or 18+"

What is the max light? What are the new perks for all gear? (weapons, armor, class items, ghosts)

What about exotic shards and etheric light? I have nothing left to use them on and I have ton of both.
