Isn't it strange/a coincidence that the twitch stream happens to be the same day the open beta for BO3 starts? Honestly I think Bungie did this in order to generate hype but more importantly take away interest from bo3. I know both Bungie and Treyarch work with Activision but its kinda funny idk. Personally I don't think as many people as Bungie would like would give the TTK stream the light of day. Kind of sad because I love destiny and it had so much potential but it seems like all these new games coming out soon are gonna steal a large chunk of Destiny's player base (most likely due to TTK's pricing). Buylt yea not hating just hope people would give this a read and share their opinions.

Has anyone else noticed black ops 3 has a golden gun rip off?

Dude, Bungie is just streaming each week leading into TTK. It's normal and it's no ill intention, plus most people will play the stream on PC while they play BO3 Beta. I will be doing that, except while playing Destiny lol

On those biggie streams destiny is the top viewed game on twitch or it was last times

No, take off your tinfoil hat. The beta doesn't start until the 20th for Xbox players but yet again Activision has chosen Playstation as their console of choice (terrible decision after years of exclusive/early Xbox support). Activision publishes both CoD & Destiny so they're not competitors. They're two teammates playing for the same team. Activision wants you buy BOTH games. I wouldn't be surprised if they offer the Blacksmith shader again or a new shader for people who pre-order both CoD & Taken King.

They took place on Wednesdays every reveal for HoW too...

BO3 ... Douchey

I'm sure it helps with the strategy/marketing and all, but this isn't new for them. The previous Twitch reveals for The Dark Below and House of Wolves were also on each Wednesday leading up to releases, so I'd say it is more coincidence than anything else.

But beta is on right now.

I don't know about the pricing issue. Yes it seems like a fair bit for players that already have everything, but for new players the full package is a pretty good price for the content included.

Edited by BRUTAL: 8/18/2015 11:17:31 PMThat's just good marketing. ALL video games compete with each other. There is more to release dates than just "is it done?"
