People think I'm great at grillin streaks. I have a hot grill that I get up to 600 degrees preheat. I order 1.5 inch strip steaks and 3 hot minutes on each side, let them sit for 15 minutes and people think it's genius. Salt pepper garlic and onion powder, sprinkle each side. Key is the a grill you can get that hot
