The British cracked the enigma code which lead the allies to win certain battles that would secure victory. Without the British the war would have been lost.[/quote] You can't honestly believe that, right? Hitler would've captured Britain and would have been a hop, skip, and a jump away from the U.S. We didn't want that. They definitely helped, but the U.S. Was the clear superpower in ww2
