Obi-wan is top shelf. He's one of the only parts of the prequels that they absolutely nailed. He was great in the Clone Wars tv show. One of the most consistent and least cringe-inducing characters in the entire saga.
But Yoda is my favorite. Luke doesn't really begin his Jedi training until he gets to Dagobah. Him meeting Yoda is one of the few moments of comic relief in Empire. He's small but powerful, ancient but not disgruntled; he's like the Dalai Lama with ninja training.
