How does a sword cause traumatic issues? If they're flinching away from stuff they see, that's normally due to abuse, not a game.
Anti-social my ass. I've made countless friends playing this game. I've never had a game that made my friends list swell so quickly. As for being scared of every person they see? Again that sounds like abuse, not a game.
Right there is the parents fault, full stop. If you allow your child to get away with that, that is you being a bad parent. If you allow your child to think he can get away with that, he'll do it more and more. Instead of blaming a game, teach your child it's not a good thing to do and that it will cause him trouble.
Are you republican by any chance? Games teach co-ordination, time your reflexes etc.
I've played countless gory and violent games.
Hell I was playing resident evil when I was 3.
Have I turned into a violent fiend who damages other peoples property? No
Have I tortured small animals and killed them? No, in fact, if I saw someone doing that, they'd be next in line.
Have I murdered innocent people? No.
Video games do not cause violence unless that person already has mental issues.
If a child is getting violent over pixels on the screen, that is the parents fault for not being strict enough.
A child screaming over a video game, sounds like a spoiled brat to me.
So, how about, instead of blaming a game for your first world issues. You act on them and do something about them?
Oh I forgot, its a lot easier to whine and moan about your issues to other people and hope someone else fixes them for you.
Rather than acting on it and fixing the situation yourself.
