OP said it's PvE. Doing 12k damage casually can brings hell a lot of Orbs. A few rounds to drop a Captain shield and boom one shot one kill.
Edit: I forgot to mention 100% Intellect and your super shall be filled with a few trash mob kills. Bam! 12k damage again
