Nothing is sacred anymore.
Let Xur sell Blacksmith shader for 17 strange coins. I am being discriminated and kicked out of raids because I don't have it.
I am also okay with Eva Levante selling it.

I think they should as 1) It's been close to a year with it out 2) it looks terrible on all but the vanilla armor 3) it'd shut people up begging for it and deal with people selling it for inflated prices.
