Yeah, the thought process of these people is mind blowing. So someone who does their first ever Nightfall and gets one 'earned it', while someone who has done every end-game activity every week with every character, hasn't got one, and then buys it from Xur when he finally sells it didn't 'earn' it? It's purely RNG. Yes, the activities that give you the greatest chance to get one are the harder activities (Raids, Nightfall, Flawless Trials, etc.), but you can also get it from Strikes, Crucible, 28 PoE, legendary engram etc. RNG is not a measure of skill.
