I dont feel i earnt my first Gjallarhorn Got it doing a level 28 poe (rng though, so it was still "earned") But people buying it from xur (most likely) ran two weeklies at level 32, which is significantly harder than how i earned mine Although some people might feel they "deserve" a gjallarhorn because they did the "hardest end game content" such as skolas and 9-0 in trials (which is fckin easy) People have solo'ed nightfalls and even crota, they didnt get a Gjally and i would say they deserve it the most
