Is Zur's Rocket Launcher Any Good?
I just started playing and zur is selling a cool rocket launcher. I think I need more blue coins though. Where can I get them and is this launcher any good? It looks cool but I think I should maybe save my coins for armor or a primary. I'd appreciate any advice.

I can't find Zur anywhere to see if the rocket launcher is good. The one Xur is selling is pretty good though. If anyone finds Zur and the rocket launcher he is selling please post here.
