I'm not saying that's what they've done because I have no proof, but it doesn't mean they don't have the ability to do it. Oh and people lie, think about it, if Bungie admitted that they manipulate xur then that would be a bias and a giant contradiction on their part.

Nope,his inventory is randomly selected via rng, thats the reason he didnt have a weapon a while back: the rng chose gjally but it had been removed from his loot table

From what I inderstood; they have the ability to change his inventory if it gets data mined. They did this when megaman (I think) was data mining his inventory and posting it before he arrived. So I don't think it is all up to rng

Your right. But to be honest. I was stoke when i got my first one. A little salty when the second gally dropped and then just utterly pissed off when my third gally dropped... i swear in the span of a month is a little annoying haha
