RNG is not earning fool. I got mine from Crota Hard. I had run many times before. Did I earn it? Nope because everyone else in the team should have got it then and everyone who killed crota hard should get one. If he was selling queen breakers bow or something then earning could come in to affect but at I'll getting the bounty is RNG.
