Gally being sold is great.
I've had my first gally since a couple months into playing, I've had 3 maxed gallys for months now, but I'm over the moon to see the gjallahorn being sold. It'll stop half the elitism preventing new players from pursuing pve with lfg teams. If you had a gjallahorn before and you're whinging that he's selling it now. You're wrong. This is a community, I'm glad close to everyone playing will have one if not three. Because it means when I go to play with the community, nobody's bitching that they don't have their god gun, most of the time I don't really use mine very much, it's situational, but I'm glad that everyone has a new toy to play with. Thank you xur for making a lot of guardians happy.

I personally have gotten 7 to drop but if it weren't for the fact that xur never sold it when I was playing destiny I would have had nothing to strive for. This just means there's not point in the hours I've put in when my friend who's had the game for a month will now have one. No hunting required. Also yes this nerf is going to eat this weapon alive. That's why they are shipping it out. Also lets be honest as long as you aren't a dick you don't need a full team of gjhallahorn. Officially disappointed.
