Actually it wouldn't be. Just make t exclusive to xbox and then make the jade rabbit a psn exclusive.

I honestly hate (timed or not) exclusive DLC when the game is already released, but having Xbox/PS iconic weapons for each platform would be pretty fun. Super Smash Brothers Melee had that as well, but with characters.
