First off, congrats, its an awesome gun. I was lucky, it took me exactly 25 strikes. Mine is on my Warlock. I think you have a decent roll, Third eye comes in a lot more handy than people will admit, I use it myself over the speed reload perks because I just use gauntlets that increase reload speed.
I would roll for Braced Frame because it maxes stability without reducing range like hand laid stock does, and Hidden Hand I believe is superior to Headseeker for this simple reason:
This gun is a two shot headshot whether you have Headseeker or not, so why not use a perk that helps you land those headshots? This gun is a lot of fun to use. I outsnipe snipers all the time from distance with it and use it on almost every map.

Like I said, I settled for the roll I got because I was burning a ton of weapon parts, mote, and glimmer with rolling. Third eye is insanely useful. It sucks I took a hit to my range with my stability perk, but at least my stability is 100%. Headseeker isn't the worst perk to have though. When I'm shooting at a zone being captured in tight maps such as the center cap point on Cauldron where players seem to sometimes crowd together on a cap. I can basically shoot into the crowd for quick easy body shots and move up to heads. I'm happy with the weapon. I hope to get another one so I can try and go for braced frame, and hidden hand. Third eye is something I'd like again though. It gives you a split second advantage sometimes when you are already aiming ready to shoot at doors, and corners.
